Mr. Brian Reissaus
Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Investment Security
Deputy Assistant Secretary Brian Reissaus has been in his current role since January 2022, having joined the Treasury Department in 2014. He was previously Staff Chair and Director for Investment Review and Investigation of the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). DAS Reissaus started his career in the Defense Security Service as a Program Analyst working on Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence Action. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in international affairs from the George Washington University and Master’s degree in strategic intelligence from National Intelligence University.
