BAT’s Omni™ campaign recognised at PR News Platinum Awards in New York

The team at Red Flag and Ankura was delighted to support our clients, BAT, who won the Global PR Campaign of the Year award at the PR News Platinum Awards in New York City recently.
Our client was recognised for Omni™ – Forward Thinking for a Smokeless World, a resource and platform that underpins BAT’s corporate and scientific strategy to build A Better Tomorrow.
Red Flag worked to develop the communications strategy for Omni™, aimed at stimulating a discussion with scientists, policymakers, regulators, public health authorities and investors around the science and evidence underpinning BAT’s mission to Build a Smokeless World.
Omni™ was launched in September 2024 in London. Over the past year, the Red Flag team has helped to launch Omni™ in 30 countries around the world, run a targeted digital campaign that has delivered significant engagement with target audiences, and launched a new podcast ‘The Smokeless Word’, hosted by BAT’s Chief Corporate Officer Kingsley Wheaton.
This win reflects strong agency-client collaboration from vision to strategy and execution.
